One of the five residential cubes being created as part of the RiversideOne development. Based on a simple cube template the designers have used their creative freedom to achieve a bold and unique statement within the parameters. The nine-storey structure is made up of three main areas. An area of open space at ground level, containing a chalet building. A central south-facing courtyard, which above ground, splits the cube into two wings.

CIAC combines a mixture of studios, one and two bedroom apartments. Also included are ‘sky homes’, distintive two bedroom apartments on levels seven and eight. Throughout, the level of design and specification is outstanding. From the materials used to clad the structure, to the use of gardens and decking, but most importantly, the way that sustainability has been fully embraced and integrated into the finished design.
