The £200 million transformation of the Middlehaven area of Middlesbrough into RiversideOne has taken a further step forward with the announcement that County Durham-based Hall Construction Services has been appointed to deliver phase one of the £4m public realm works at the development.

A £200m redevelopment of former docks on Teesside into homes, offices and leisure facilities has been named. The Middlehaven area of Middlesbrough, which will boast 750 new homes, will be known as RiversideOne.
